St. Michael’s College Chorale sang a concert on the theme “Alleluia!” to benefit VIA at the Unitarian Church in Burlington on Feb. 24. The event raised about $1,450. Chorale Director Nathaniel West admires VIA’s work and generously offered the group for the concert.

VIA Board Pres Kathy Bonilla represented VIA at the Regional Health Care Forum hosted by Govs Douglas & Patrick on March 17 in Burlington. PICO Executive Director Scott Reed had represented PICO at the White House health care forum. 

PICO’s National Health Care Campaign Coordinator Angela Vanderhoof visited VIA March 19-20 to meet with leaders in Burlington and Central Vermont and assist staff in refining VIA’s health care strategy at the state and national levels.
