VIA Healthcare Barbecue

Join Vermont Interfaith Action for a summer barbecue to celebrate passage of National Healthcare Legislation, Sunday, June 20 from 12 to 2 pm on the VIA lawn (152 Pearl St, Burlington). We are proud of our efforts to help pass this historic legislation.  At the barbecue, we will provide information on the law, and share plans for education efforts needed to get the word out about the bill, and advocacy for good implementation here in Vermont, but mostly we just want to celebrate! VIA will provide the grill, hot dogs and burgers (veg and meat) condiments, drinks and paper products.  If you're a Chittenden County resident, please bring a salad, and if you're from Central Vermont, please bring a dessert to share.
